The Gospel of the Wimpy Christian

Lost in the wilderness. In desperate need of a rescuer. But how modern Christianity puts the lost sheep in the center of the stage demanding a rescue plan to fit their selfish needs instead of pointing the sheep to a submissive reliance on their One True Shepherd.

When our eyes are so fixed on things that surely will perish just like our sinful bodies, we become blinded for the eternal things that are prepared for us in Heaven.

There is a dangerous interpretation of the Scriptures. That of believing in "faith without works is dead" as a call to DO in order to gain salvation. Some may know that’s not it what gives us eternal life, still, many are trying to save themselves through works.

Often times we are so distracted by the things that matters to us so much that we miss the opportunity to serve others on their needs without expecting anything in retribution.

We're usually so quick to come to conclusions and take the business by our own matter, and hardly stop to rethink and put our worries before God.
